PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a titled device even with multiple systems of pen arrangement by providing a projecting part for preventing rotation to a slider part coupled to a pen holding part. CONSTITUTION:A recording pen 20 is coupled to the pen holding part 22. The part 22 is coupled to the slider part 23 which is provided with the projecting part 21 for preventing rotation. The slider 23 is guided by a guide pin 24. The guide pin 24 is disposed in such a position where the axial center thereof aligns to the center at the tip of the pen 20. The projecting part 21 is provided at both ends of the slider 23 and makes face contact with the side face of a slider body 25. The rotation of the pen holding part 22 coupled to the slider 23 and the pen 20 during recording is therefore prevented.
