PURPOSE:To input a signal from a signal source to an IIL at a high speed with simple circuit constitution by connecting the base of a bipolar transistor (TR) to a constant current source, and connecting its emitter to the input signal source and its collector to the input side of the IIL. CONSTITUTION:When the signal source Sg goes up to a high level, the parasitic capacitance Cs at the input side of the IIL is charged speedily from a constant current circuit Ic1 through the P-N junction between the base and collector of the bipolar TRQ1, and the input side of the IIL becomes active immediately. When the signal source Sg goes down to a low level, a base current is supplied from the constant current circuit Ic1 to the bipolar TRQ1 immediately and a large collector current flows to the bipolar TRQ1, so that the input-side parasitic capacitance Cs of the IIL is discharged speedily. Consequently, the input side of the IIL is made inactive immediately.
