PURPOSE:To prevent a skin from wrinkling, breaking and the like and a laminated body from deforming such as twisting and the like by a method wherein molding is performed by supplying resin from the required molten resin passage between the skin material and a female mold or a male mold after the cutting-off of the skin and before the completion of the mold closing. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 10 is arranged between a female mold and a skin material fixing frame 4, which is shiftably mounted on the male mold side or female mold side of a mold assembly 1 having a male mold 2 and a female mold 3 and at the same time has a sliding surface for the whole periphery of the outer side surface 8 of the male mold 2 to slide, and cut off by shifting of either the female mold 3 or the skin material fixing frame 4. After the peripheral edge of the skin 10 is pinched between the fimale mold 3 and the frame 4, the skin 10 is pinched between the female mold 3 and the frame 4, the skin 10 is shaped by closing the female mold 3 and the male mold 2. Molding is performed by supplying molten resin 11 between the skin 10 and the female mold 3 or the male mold 2 after the cutting-off of the skin and before the completion of the mold closing. Consequently, because the process is simple, the manufacture mentioned above is suitable for mass-production and neither wrinkles nor breaches generate in the skin 10. At the same time, because the residual stress due to orientation and the like is little, the laminated body 14 with little deformation such as twisting and the like is obtained.
