Novel benzoxazol- and benzothiazolamine derivatives of the formula <CHEM> wherein L represents C1-12 alkyl, substituted C1-6 alkyl, aryl C2-6 alkenyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, substituted C3-6 cycloalkyl, a radical of formula <CHEM> and a radical of formula <CHEM> the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and possible stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, which compounds are antianoxic and anti-hypoxic agents; pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds as an active ingredient and methods of preparing said compounds and pharmaceutical compositions. |
