DEVICE FOR DISPLAYING ROTATING BALANCE IMAGE OF ROTATING WORKING BODY OF MACHINE TOOL

摘要

PURPOSE:To recognize the balancing state of a grindstone simply by an image by controlling an image device based on detection signals of an origin detector and a vibration detecting device detecting the original position and runout quantity of the rotating grindstone respectively. CONSTITUTION:A rotating working body (grindstone) 26 is set to a supporting shaft provided to a frame 23 of a grinder and the vibration detecting device 10 which is a piezoelectric acceleration pickup detecting the vibration of the grindstone 26 is adsorbed to a column 23a by a magnet. Further, the light reflection type origin detector 9 detecting the origin of the direction of rotation of the grindstone 26 is provided at the position to face a rotating area of a light reflecting plate 11 set to the grindstone 26. Then, the grindstone 26 is driven by a motor 27 and the vibration and origin signals are detected by the vibration detecting device 10 and the origin detector 9 respectively and a controlling means converts the runout quantity based on both the signals and its runout state is displayed on the image device 1.
