PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain accurate plotting cut lines, by traversely feeding a double film at a constant speed by a knife arranged, in such a state that only the upper film of said double film is cut, while rotating a drum at a constant speed. CONSTITUTION:If the rotary speed of a drum 1 and the traverse feed speed of a knife 2 are set so as to cut lines at desired plotting intervals by transferring the knife at a constant speed, the screw pitch of a screw groove is prescribed and screw groove lines (a), of which the intervals are accurately prescribed, are spirally formed only to the upper film A' of a double film A. Succeedingly, if the film A is again wound around and fixed to the drum 1 so as to form screw grooves lines (b), in a state crossing the screw groove lines (a), the screw groove lines (b) crossing the screw groove lines (a) at right angles are accurately cut and formed. By this method, plotting cut lines by the screw groove lines (a), (b) are formed to the fil, A' and plotting measures are released from the film A' in matching relation to a splashed pattern and superposed to a stencil paper material to transmit light therethrough and development treatment is performed to obtain a film developing excellent practicality. |
