<p>The invention relates to novel piperazine derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> in which R1 stands for hydrogen, a COR3 group, where R3 denotes hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, hydroxyl or a lower alkoxy group, for a lower alkyl group which is monosubstituted or polysubstituted by hydroxyl, amino, cycloalkyl, pyridyl or phenyl, where phenyl can be unsubstituted or monosubstituted or polysubstituted by a lower alkyl group, CF3, nitro, a lower alkoxy group, the methylenedioxy group or halogen, or for a protective group and R2 stands for hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, and their acid addition salts, and processes for the preparation of the compounds of the formula I and their acid addition salts, and their use.</p> |
