PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by continuous supplying system in which a casing pipe and an improving agent supply path with a feeder are made up in a closed system, and an air-tight rotary feeder is provided to the connecting point of the pipe and the supply path and also to an adequate position of the supply path. CONSTITUTION:Sand in a sand bin 1 is charged through a feeding conveyer 2, a hopper 3, and a metering conveyer 4 into a lifter 5. The sand is then sent from the lifter 5 into a receiving hopper 8, and leaked sand is recovered by a recovery metering conveyer 16 and returned to the hopper 3. the sand in the hopper 8 is sent through a telescopic chute 9 from the hopper 8 into a casing pipe 11 by an air-tight rotary feeder 12. Compressed air and water are supplied into the pipe 11 and the pipe 11 is drawn out while being vibrated to form a sand pile. |
