PURPOSE:To obtain the titled heat exchanger by reducing the number of stages very much than the conventional method by dipping a module into a hot dipping tank and by performing the brazing of the flange part each other of each plate with a plating metal simultaneously with the plating of the plate. CONSTITUTION:The plate 11 for heat transfer is formed (A) by making a ruggedness on the center together with bending each adjoining flange part 11a, 11a in reverse direction each other after cutting a steel sheet in a square shape. A module 13 is then formed with a tack weld of the numerous said plate 11 being overlapped in parallel and incorporated inside the frame body 12 which is made in a separate stage (B). The module 13 is preheated inside a flux preheating tank 14 after its acid cleaning and drying and is then subjected to aluminum plating with dipping into a hot aluminum tank 15. At the same time each plate 11, 11 and flange part 11a, 11a each other is brazed by aluminum. A module 1 is then completed with its inspection and mending after cooling and water cleaning of the brazed module. |
