NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (R1 is lower alkyl, carboxy- substituted-lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl, cycloalkyl) and its salt. EXAMPLE:7-[(Z)-2-(5-Amino-1, 2, 4-thiadiazol-3-yl)-2-methoxyimi-no- acetoamide]-3-(1-methyl-3-pyrrolinium)methyl-3-cephem-4-ca-rboxylate. USE:Antibacterial. PREPARATION:A compound of formula II (X is halogen), its derivative bearing protected functional groups or its salt is allowed to react with a compound of formula III or its salt, preferably at 10-40 deg.C to give the objective compound of formula I.
