PURPOSE:To improve a mechanical strength of the titled cell by curing a resin composition composed of an epoxy resin, a polythiol compd., a hardener and an inorg. filler having <=10mum a particle size to form an adhesion sealing layer. CONSTITUTION:After an orientation treatment is given to a flexible substrate providing a transparent electrode circuit thereon, the adhesion sealing layer is formed by coating with a paste of the prescribed resin composition, the above described substrate according to a screen printing method. An upper side substrate providing an electrode thereon is laminated on the printed sealing layer and heated under the pressure to form a space which is 6-10mum in a slit and is surrounded with the adhesion sealing layer and is used to enclose the liquid crystal. The titled cell is prepared by injecting the liquid crystal in the prescribed space under a reduced pressure and then by sealing the inlet of the injection with a resin.
