PURPOSE:To obtain a reference voltage considerably stable against the variance of temperature by determining drain lengths, channel lengths, and channel widths of the first and the second transistors Trs so that the variation for the fluctuation of temperature satisfy prescribed formulas of respective values of these Trs. CONSTITUTION:Drain currents, channel lengths, and channel widths of Trs 13 and 14 are so determined that the variation for the variance of temperature satisfies formulas I and II where I and I0-I are drain currents of Trs 13 and 14 and mu1 and mu2 are mobilities of Trs 13 and 14 and L1 and L2 are channel length of Trs 13 and 14 and W1 and W2 are channel widths of Trs 13 and 14 and VT1 and VT2 are threshold voltages of Trs 13 and 14. Thus, a reference voltage generating circuit which consists of MOSTrs and outputs the reference voltage very stable against the variance of temperature. |
