NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (R<1>, R<2> are H, 1-5C alkyl, phenyl or may bind with each other to form a 5-6C cycloalkyl including adjacent carbon atoms). EXAMPLE:5-(1,3-Dithiol-2-ylidene)-2,2-pentamethylene-1,3-dioxa-ne-4,6- dione. USE:Medicine for hepatopathy. PREPARATION:A compound of formula 2 is allowed to react with 2- methylthio-1,3-dithioleum iodide of formula 3 in the presence of a base such as calcium hydride, lithium diisopropylamine or sodium hydride in a solvent such as DNF, THF or benzene whereby the compound of formula I is obtained. The reaction is effected using 1-1.5 equivalent of a compound of formula 3 based on a compound of formula 2, preferably using same equivalent amounts of both compounds. |
