PURPOSE:To enable the process monitoring of good efficiency by displaying the section between the upper limit value and lower limit value of a process by the bar graph in the length equivalent thereto and by displaying the position equivalent to the current state quantity with high luminance. CONSTITUTION:The display is performed by the bar graph in the length in proportion to the value of the state quantity PV in a PV mode in case of displaying by bar graph the current certain state quantity PV of the process. The section between the upper limit value PH and lower limit value PL is displayed by the bar graph in the length equivalent thereto in the mode (PH/PL mode) to display the allowable range of the state quantity and the section between the current state quantity PV and the value substracting the prescribed X therefrom is displayed with high luminance.
