<p>PURPOSE:To make the response property of control uniform for all flow rates by detecting an actual water intake flow rate and feeding back a signal which is proportional to the difference between this detection signal and a target flow rate signal and is inversely proportional to the differential value of the intake flow rate signal. CONSTITUTION:An intake flow rate Q is detected by a flow rate detector and is outputted as the intake flow rate signal which has a pulse cycle C inversely proportional to the flow rate Q. A target flow rate signal having a pulse cycle for a target flow rate C0 and the intake flow rate signal are inputted to a deviation operating part to operate a deviation value ¦C0-C¦ between both signals. This deviation value ¦C0-C¦ is inputted to a differentiating operation part to obtain a differential value C'=Kb/Q<2> for the intake flow rate C. Finally, a signal value F of the feedback signal is operated in accordance with F=K¦C 0-C¦/C', and it is fed back to a control circuit. Thus, an equal ratio is attained with respect to a controlled variable independently of the flow rate, and the responsiveness of control is made uniform independently of the flow rate.</p> |
