AUTOMATIC COMPILING SYSTEM OF DEFECT FACTOR IN DIE CASTING PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To provide a titled automatic compiling system of defects factor which can analyze the correlation between the casting conditions reduced by shot numbers and the defect factor of products by constituting the system in such a manner that the defect factor in the die casting products is recorded by corresponding exactly the same to the shot numbers of a die casting machine. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed signal is inputted to an interface 18 at every shot of the die casting machine and the shot number is stored in an RAM 14 by assigning successively the address thereof. The detection signal is inputted to an interface 18 when the missing of the product is previously detected in the stage of taking out the product and trimming said product. The memory address are then shifted in order to register the shot number stored and assigned in the RAM 14 as a missing number. The die cast products are finally checked for the above and the prescribed signals are inputted by every defect factor groups into an interface 16, then the data relating to the above-mentioned defect factors is stored into the prescribed memory address corresponding to the shot number assigned preliminarily in the RAM 14.
