PURPOSE:To make the operation of a spinning frame smooth and quick and to shorten the doffing time, by letting a doffing bar carrying a full bobbin and a donning bar carrying an empty bobbin only go up and down in opposite directions while the both bars being kept in a housing position (retrated at the rear of the machine). CONSTITUTION:The doffing machine 1 is equipped with the doffing device 11 and the donning device 111 and the doffing bar 50 and the donning bar 150 are respectively supported backward and forward movably on the liftable arms 30a, 30b, 130a and 130b which are inserted in the spline axes of the left and right sides 15a, 15b, 115a and 115b. The both bars 50 and 150 stored in a machine proceed almost simultaneously with the movement of the liftable arms to take both the full bobbin 8 on the spindle 9 and the empty bobbin 12 on the bobbin holder 9 and retreat. The both bars 50 and 150 go up and down respectively in opposite direction while being held in a housing position, and they proceed to set the full bobbin on the bobbin holder 10 and the empty bobbin on the spindle 9. |
