摘要 PURPOSE:To enable heating and conveying of multiple kinds of materials with one unit of heating furnace by utilizing the rectangular motion of stationary and moving beams in the stage of heating a long-sized material and using the stationary beams or the stationary and moving beams and conveying the material with a pusher in the furnace in the stage of heating a short-sized material. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized material 13 charged into a heating furnace 3 is supported by stationary beams 4 and after a specified time, said material is conveyed to a discharging side by the rectangular motion of upward forward down backward steps of moving beams 5. A short-sized material 13' fed to the front of the furnace 3 by a charging table is charged into the furnace by a furnace front pusher and is supported by the beams 4. The material 13' is successively charged therein and when it arrives at the discharging end, the material is discharged by a discharging machine on a discharging table. The beams 5 are kept standing-by in the down position in this case. The beams 5 are stopped in the pass line if necessary and the material 13' are conveyed in the furnace by the furnace front pusher by the beams 4 and the beams 5.
