PURPOSE:To enable to blow steadily and effectively the each different amount of air into both ventilating rooms by a method wherein two impellers having respective large and small impeller diameter are arranged with facing to two ventilating rooms. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal blower 31 is divided by a center plate 20, also provided with two impellers, that is, an indoor side impeller 32 and an outdoor side impeller 33 in a space parts which are respectively faced to both ventilating rooms 3, 4. The both impellers 32, 33 are structured to be respectively provided with a large and a small impeller diameter. Thereby, at the blowing operation, two different amount of air blowings proportional to the square of each impeller radius are sucked through inlet ports 7, 18 and blown-off through outlet ports 8, 19.
