ORGANIC ELECTROLYTE CELL HAVING TERMINAL

PURPOSE:To improve vibration resistance when fixed to a printedboard by folding the tip section of terminal board to be welded to the positive and negative pole cases of a cell containing organic electrolyte while employing light metal such as lithium as negative pole active substance. CONSTITUTION:Terminal boards 2 are welded respectively to the positive and negative pole cases of a cell 1 containing organic electrolyte while employing light metal such as lithium as negative pole active substance. The tip section of the terminal is folded into V-groove 4 which is inserted into a hole 3 of printedboard. The open angle of groove 4 is set to 60 deg. to bring three V type angles near to the inner edge of hole. Consequently, soldering performance when fixing to a printedboard is improved while vibration resistance is improved through the rigidity of V-groove. Good soldering performance and vibration resistance in automatic dipping can be achieved for the open angle theta between 100 to 45 deg..
