PURPOSE:To measure exactly the output characteristic of a circuit to be measured by preventing the interference between the circuit to be measured and the other circuit by means of a test pin for damping. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C1 on the output side of the circuit 15 to be measured is electrically conducted and connected to the input side of the circuit 16 of the next stage by a pattern P1 of a printed wiring board. A pattern P2 is provided through a through-hole 120 provided to the end of the pattern P1 and the potential of the pattern P2 is maintained at the ground potential. The test pin TP is provided on the output side of the circuit 15. A resistor 110 provided to the top end of the test pin 100 for damping is inserted into the through-hole 120 in the stage of measurement and is pressed to the patterns P1 and P2, then the input side of the circuit 16 has the ground potential. The circuit 16 is damped without being affected by a reactance component and the output characteristic of the circuit 15 is exactly measured by the test pin TP.
