HARDWARE CONFIRMATION METHOD OF TESTER BY TEST PROGRAM

PURPOSE:To clarify the defective place of a tester by confirming the hardware constitution of a tester by a test program. CONSTITUTION:When a test program 2 is loaded on a personal computer 1 and carried out, the computer 1 outputs the sensing order of one bit to an in and output port 3 and selects a package 5 by a decoder 4. The selected package 5 sends back to the in-output port 3 the response data of the package discriminating data and thereafter the computer 1 inputs the response data from the in-output port 3 and by confirming the hardware constitution of the tester compared with the packaging data the defective place of the tester is clarified.
