PURPOSE:To recognize the prescribed data if necessary by employing a display element capable of holding and displaying data after the disconnection of a write voltage and displaying some part of the prescribed data stored in a data memory even after the disconnection of the write voltage. CONSTITUTION:When data of the prescribed contents is inputted from a terminal equipment 12 to a CPU2, processed and stored in the data memory 8, some part of the data is supplied to a drive circuit 11. It becomes operable by the write voltage impressed from the terminal equipment 12, drives a display based on the data supplied from the CPU2 and displays the data. the display 10 employs the display element having data holding and displaying functions after the disconnection of the write voltage. Accordingly the display 10 and the drive circuit 11 do not require electric power sources necessary for holding data to be displayed, and the display 10 keeps displaying the prescribed data even if an IC card is detached from the terminal equipment 12 to disconnect the voltage. Moreover the data memory 8 uses a PROM, and therefore electric power necessary for holding data is not required. |
