<??>A chopper apparatus having a plurality of chopper circuits connected in parallel between a DC power source and a load, wherein the output voltage of the chopper apparatus and a reference voltage are compared by a common comparator provided in a plurality of control circuit systems, phase shifters in the plurality of control circuit systems are controlled by the difference voltage obtained by the common comparator to pulse-width control the chopper circuits, and wherein currents are derived from either input side or output side of the chopper circuits and the respective current deviations are detected and thereafter, the amounts of deviations are respectively applied to the corresponding phase shifters as their correction signals to balance the respective currents of the chopper apparatus and control the output voltage of the chopper apparatus to a constant voltage. </p> |
