ANTICORROSIVE REINFORCEMENT FOR STEEL SHEET PILE WALL

PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction by a method in which a doweled steel plate is fixed to the sea-side portion of a steel sheet pile wall, a front formwork and a bottom formwork are set on the sea-side portion of the sheet pile wall, and a curable anticorrosive material is packed into the space formed by the wall and the formworks. CONSTITUTION:The steel plates 1 of a doweled 2 plate 3 are set at intervals on the upside and downside of the sea-side portion of the steel sheet plates 15 of a steel sheet pile wall 4, and drive pins 16 thrust through the holes of the steel plates 1 are driven into the plates 15 to fix the plates 1 and the plates 15. Brackets 18 with stoppers 17 are set at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the wall 4 and fixed to the wall 4. A bottom formwork 6 is put on the bracket 18 and coupled with the sopper 17, and a screw bolt 20 thrust through a front formwork 5 is coupled with the female screw of the plates 15. The formwork 5 is fixed through a batter 22 by nuts 23. Concrete 8 is poured into the space surrounded by the wall 4 and the formwork 5 and 6.
