PURPOSE:To make a turning part into lightweightiness as well as to aim at the promotion of speediness and positiveness in cycle time, by making an exchange hand so as to go forward and let a claw member engage with the inside of a hollow body, and to release the engaging state when the hand goes backward to its full extent after the body is housed inside the hand and retracting and turning. CONSTITUTION:In an exchanger 10 positioned in a position where it should operate, first an empty exchange hand H extends toward a twisting machine and bobbin support spindles C and C' of a package truck 20, and when a nut strokes up to a D point, a claw member 10 comes into a state of being hung to a hollow body A by action of a cam member 10E, and keeping up this state, it goes backward whereby each of bobbins B and B' is housed in the hand H of the exchanger. Next, the nut stops at a B point and a turning body 11 of the exchanger turns round as far as 180 deg. as leaving a claw hung intact. And, the nut goes back to an A point from the B point whereby the claw member 10D comes to the shape disengaged by cam action, and it shifts to thrusting motion, while a stroke in time of thrusting stops at a C point, thus the thrusting motion is all over. Doing like this, cycle time is accelerable. |
