PRODUCTION OF PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE ERASING HEAD

PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably the number of production processes by forming a resin magnet mold having plural resin magnet chips connected to a runner part through respective gate parts and molding cases under said state. CONSTITUTION:The cases 7 are formed under the state the respective chips 4 are held at fixed positions respectively by holding the runner part 5 in a metallic mold for molding the erasing head case body and the chips 4 are molded so as to be inserted into the cases 7 by separating the gate parts 6. If the consideration of shapes such as the adhesion of tapers to the chips 4 is prepared, the engagement of the cases 7 with the chips 4 is kept at the ideal state after the insertion and molding, so that the chips 4 can be prevented from being slipped out from the cases 7 or the generation of a gap between each case and chip and the quality can be sufficiently guaranteed.
