PURPOSE:To suppress the increase of the weight of a transfer flat car by loading a conveyor for carrying-in/out the pallet for the final piling-up onto the transfer flat car for the pallets and clutch-connecting the input of the conveyor with an outside output apparatus on the floor. CONSTITUTION:A transfer flat car 8 travels on a rail 15 parallel to the X-axis rail 21 and 22 of a robot 7, and a slat conveyor 49 for loading a small pallet 9 for the final piling-up is installed at the half of the upper surface. Further, no driving apparatus is loaded onto the transfer flat car 8, which is connected with a connecting pin which is installed onto the movable Y-axis frame 18 of the robot and can be advanced and retreated, in the concaved part formed on the side surface, and transferred on the rail 15, accompanied with the Y-axis frame. When the input shaft 53 of the slat conveyor 49 projects the head part onto the side part of a flat car 48, and the flat car 8 is at the carrying-in/out position (shown by one-point chain line) of the small pallet 9, the slat conveyor 49 does not revolution-travel before the head part of a rotary output shaft 54 installed onto the floor is clutch-connected with the head part of the input shaft 53. Thus, the increase of the weight of the flat car can be suppressed. |
