PURPOSE:To stop a traveling flat car when an excessive load for generating the deformation of tube is applied, by installing a tube-deformation preventing mechanism such as the mechanism for suspending the traveling of a traveling flat car for carrying-out insertion of tube. CONSTITUTION:A segment stay 12 supports the segment shaft of a tube inserting apparatus 3, and the segment shaft 11 and the segment stay 12 are mounted onto a traveling flat car 13. The segment shaft 11 locked onto the segment stay 12 is set free for the segment stay through the mechanical slip. the segment stay 12 ordinarily locked onto the traveling flat car 13 retreats in the reverse direction to the direction of insertion of tube. Further, the traveling flat car 13 which carries-out the insertion of tube is equipped with the tube-deformation preventing mechanism such as stopper for traveling. Therefore, when an excessive load for generating deformation of the tube is applied, the tube-deformation preventing mechanism is operated by the generated electric signal, and the deformation of the tube is prevented. |
