PURPOSE:To automate a series of works starting from the opening a package of tubes and terminating in the insertion of tube by installing a tube suspension transportation apparatus, tube assorting apparatus, and a tube inserting apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A tube suspension transportation apparatus 1 possesses the tube suspending function 1d, 1b, tube U diameter adjusting function 1c, between- suspension wing spun adjusting function 1d, and the tube transportation function 1e. A tube receiving revolution assortment apparatus 2 possess the tube receiving function 2a, tube U diameter adjusting function 2b, between-receiving wing spun adjusting function 2c, 90 deg. revolution function 2d, and the inserted-tube quantity assortment function 2e. Further, a tube inserting apparatus 3 consists of a laterally advancing flat car 4, tube guide supporting apparatus 6 equipped with tube suspension correcting function, tube pushing-in apparatus 7, and a tube R receiving apparatus 8. Therefore, a series of works for the insertion of tube can be carried-out automatically. |
