PURPOSE:To remove effect due to the difference between air temp. and body temp. without changing a structure to a large extent, by providing an auxiliary passage branched from the heat-sensitive resister inserting hole provided to a bypass passage so as to be vertical to the axial direction of said passage and meeting with said passage. CONSTITUTION:Supports 5, 5' respectively having a flow amount detecting heat-sensitive resistor HW3 and an air temp. -sensitive resistor CW4 provided thereto are arranged to the bypass passage 2 of a body 1 through a HW and CW insert hole 6. An auxiliary passage 7 is opened to the HW and CW insert hole 6 to be met with the bypass passage 2. The air stream flowed in the body 1 is slowed so as to be branched to main and bypass lines and further flowed so as to be branched to the auxiliary passage from the downstream side of MW. At this time, the air stream is sufficiently impinged to the supports of HW and CW to allow the temps. of the supports to approach the temp. of air.
