PURPOSE:To prevent vibration, by providing an air chamber on the way of an air blow pipe. CONSTITUTION:An air chamber 10 is provided on the way of the air blow pipe 7 connecting a purification tank main body 1 and a blower 2 and the pulsation of pulsated air from the blower 2 is absorbed when said air passes through the air chamber 10 on the way of the air blow pipe 7 to be supplied to the purification tank main body 1 as a steady air stream. By this method, vibration can be prevented.
