PURPOSE:To lengthen a transmission distance, and to increase a transmission speed without using a compensating circuit for a transmission delay by executing a start-stop synchronizing transmission for executing a transmission by adding a start bit and a stop bit to the beginning and the end of a date, respectively, at every channel. CONSTITUTION:A signals generated by an oscillator 6 and a clock generating circuit 7 is converted to a synchronizing signal by a synchronizing signal generating circuit 8, and outputted onto a home bus 1 through a driving circuit 9. In case a data is sent to a control apparatus from a network controller 2, the inside of a frame is divided into prescribed channel periods by a synchronizing signal, and in a part of a channel except a synchronizing channel, or all channels, a data to be transmitted is converted to a start-stop synchronizing signal by a start-stop synchronization processing circuit 12, and a start bit and a stop bit are added. Subsequently, said signal is outputted onto the home bus 1 through the driving circuit 9 in a prescribed data channel period.
