PURPOSE:To obtain a high accurate cutting use disc-type electrodeposited wheel, by supplying a grinding electrode and a dressing electrode while performing grinding of the electrodeposited wheel and electrolytic deposition of an insulating film. CONSTITUTION:When a disc-type electrodeposited wheel 4 is eccentrically placed for a spindle in a mounting flange, a dressing stone 10, to which a grinding electrolyte 9 is injected by a circulating pump 7, cuts an insulating film in a part, increasing its length by eccentricity, to be removed. A dressing device, restoring this part to be dressed with an insulating film 8 by an electrolytic electrode 5 supplying the electrolyte 9, improves eccentricity better than that before cutting. Next the device, moving the dressing stone 10 and cutting an insulating film 8 in a part, with large eccentricity in the rest of parts, to be removed, again restores the part to be dressed with the insulating film 8. By repetition of this operation, the electrodeposited wheel 4 improves the whole eccentricity. |
