PURPOSE:A resin composition excellent in processability, mechanical property and water resistance, prepared by adding an inorganic filler and a specified hydrolyzate of an organosilicon compound or a specified hydrolyzate of its polycondensate to a polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition obtained by mixing a polyolefin resin with an inorganic filler and a hydrolyzate of an organosilicon compound of the formula or a hydrolyzate of its polycondensate, a cohydrolyzate of a mixture comprising an organosilicon compound of the formul and one or more silane coupling agents, or a hydrolyzate of its copolycondensate, or a mixture comprising a hydrolyzate of an organosilicon compound of the formula and one or more hydrolyzates of silane coupling agents or comprising hydrolyzated of their polycondensates. In the formula, R is phenyl or toluyl, X is a 1-5C lower alkoxy, m is 1-2, n is 3-2 and m+n=4. |
