PURPOSE:To reduce losses of iron cores, by exposing corner parts of an iron core piece from coiling parts of a magnetic flux generator and by carrying out annealing in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:The iron core piece 1 composed of ferrous amorphous magnetic material is disposed so that its corner parts are exposed from the parts of coils 2 of the magnetic flux generator. An electric current is sent to the coils 2 and a magnetic field is impressed to carry out annealing. By this annealing method, a direction (b) of magnetic flux of the iron core in motion agrees with a direction (a) of the impressed magnetic field during annealing, even at the corner parts of the iron core piece 1, e.g., at the oblique lined part, etc. Accordingly, the iron core made by combining these iron core pieces can reduce its losses.
