PURPOSE:To manufacture a grill having a decoration frame nearly at the same cost as that without any decoration frame by providing a slot having a proper width and depth in the peripheral direction to the surface, providing a frame applied with external appearance finish playing a role of decoration frame to the outer peripheral part from the said slot and inserting and fixing the outer peripheral ridge of the net stuff covering the surface of the said frame to the slot via a rib. CONSTITUTION:An external appearance finish 7 such as wood grain tone or silver tone is applied to the outer peripheral part from the ring slot 6 on the surface of the frame 5 and plays a role of a decoration frame. The size of the ring rib 9 inserting and fixing the outer peripheral part of the net stuff 8 into the ring slot 6 is selected so as to be fitted in the slot 6 at a proper fitting. Then the net stuff 8 is covered onto the frame 5 while being applied with a tension 12 and a force 11 is exerted to the rib 9, which is pressed into the ring slot 6 from the upper part of the net stuff 8. Thus, the net stuff 8 is fixed to the frame 5. The speaker grill with a decoration frame is finished by cutting off the remaining part 10 of the net stuff 8 by means of a cutter knife. |
