摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce losses of magnetic material and to carry out annealing in a short period, by making the thin ferrous amorphous magnetic material reach to the temp. ranging from the Curie temp. and above to below the crystallization temp. within a specific period. CONSTITUTION:When annealing the ferrous amorphous magnetic material of <=100mum thickness, the material is made to reach within 1hr to the annealing temp. ranging from the Curie temp. and above to below the crystallization temp., of the magnetic material. By this annealing method,internal crystallization of the amorphous magnetic material is not induced, so that the losses of the material can be reduced. Moreover, annealing time is shortened, so a small quantity of heat is enough for annealing.
