<p>PURPOSE:To prevent clogging, by attaching detachably a filter part composed of porous ceramics to the communicating hole part of the body, and by setting up the position of the surface of the filter part to be lower than the top of the body, so as to make the filter part capable of exchanging. CONSTITUTION:The filter part 2 composed of porous ceramics is set up so that its surface is in a position lower than the top of the body 1 of the filter member and a void 5 is formed above the part 2. The part 2 mentioned above is prepared separately from the body 1 mentioned above, and is set up detachably to the communicating hole part of the filter member. The trouble caused by the clogging of the filter part can be thus prevented.</p> |
