PURPOSE:To cut a piping from its inside so as to avoid any interference with adjacent pipings, by allowing a guide pipe having a drive shaft provided with cuttnig edges and making self-rotation and a revolution inside the pipe, to be inserted through a piping to be cut. CONSTITUTION:A main barrel 13 is provided with, for instance, three collet mechanisms 14 arranged along its circuference at equal intervals and a guide pipe 18 inserted through a piping 10 to be cut, the its central area. The guided pipe 18 is provided with an eccentrically installed drive shaft 21 having cutters 22 on its both ends and said shaft 21 makes self-rotation and revolution inside the pipe 18 by means of a driving means 32. Then, the mechanism 14 being inserted and fixed in an adjacent pipe 10a, th guide pipe 18 being inserted into a pipe 10 to be cut and a shaft 21 being driven, thus the pipe 10 can be cut from inside by means of the cutters 22. |
