PURPOSE:To form a partition bar by a rod member and a stopper member for a chassis inner board when folding and housing a rear seat, by fixing a rod member projectably to the outside at the lower end of the rear foot of a rear seat in a cabover car. CONSTITUTION:A rear seat 5 is comprising a seat back 7 foldable through a hinge 9 and a seat cushion 8, where the upper ends of L-shaped front feet 11a, 11b are fixed to a seat 10 at the lower face of the seat cushion 8 while the lower ends of the front feet 11a, 11b are pivoted to the rear floor 4. The lower ends of the left and right feet 15a, 15b of a rear foot 12 are coupled through a horizontal coupling section 15c. The upper ends of the feet 15a, 15b are pivoted to the lower face while a rod member 17 is fixed through a pin 18 to the lower end. A stopper member 22 is provided at the rear of a front seat 3 of a chassis inner board 21 to be engaged with the rod member 17, when housing the rear seat 5, thus to form a partition bar (a collapse prevention bar). |
