PURPOSE:To eliminate a large-sized and complicated machine body by allowing a manually inserted table to expose the loading surface for a manually inserted sheet when pulled-out from a machine body and by carrying-in the table in the sheet-received state to a paper feeding position when inserted into the machine body. CONSTITUTION:A manually inserted sheet P is loaded onto a table 21 pulled-out from a machine body A, and positioned by side-edge guides 228 and 229 and a rear-edge pressing 250, and the table 221 is inserted into the machine body A. Then, the table 221 is introduced to a paper feeding position, and then the top edge of the table 221 pushes the receiving arm 272b of a stopper 272, and the engagement between the hook 272a and the tail edge 267a of a sheet press- attaching member is released, and the sheet press-attaching member 267 is set free. A sheet pushing-up plate 264 is pushed-up by the press-attaching roller 269 of the sheet press-attaching member 267, and the sheet P is press-attached onto a paper feeding roller 266, and paper feeding enable state is formed. Since the insertion space into the machine body for a manually insertion table can be obtained as a part of a paper feeding passage, a large-sized and complicated machine body is not necessary.
