PURPOSE:To prevent a soldered joint, which is installed in a groove formed by the brims of a bobbin, from being exposed outside due to elevation by packing an insulating tube on the soldered joint. CONSTITUTION:A soldered joint 4 to which a lead wire 2 and a coil 3 are connected is installed in a groove located between the brims 1b and 1c of a bobbin 1. The upper surface of the soldered joint 4 is covered by an insulating tube 5. Due to the tube 5, even when a film 7 becomes dislocated to allow a gap between the brim 1b and the film 7, there is no possibility that the soldered joint 4 directly touches a magnetic shield 6. Besides, it is possible to prevent a convex area 4 on the joint 4 from touching the magnetic shield 6 through the insulating film 7. Moreover, there is no possibility for a convex area on the soldered joint 4 to be exposed even when both the film 7 and the shield 6 become dislocated. |
