<p>A transmission and steering device, in particular for a battery-operated three-wheel vehicle, as a constructional unit is proposed, a carrier on the front section of an integrated metal/plastic vehicle body which serves as bearing for the rear wheels being attached to the steering mechanical system, which is at a distance from said carrier but is connected to it, and to a sheath which receives the cross bar of a frame.
