PURPOSE:To improve the turbine efficiency and response by increasing the oil pressure of the lubricating oil to a turbo charger in a turbo speed range where the vibration of the turbine shaft becomes large so that the turbine shaft vibration may be controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a turbo charger 11 is overspeeding, a turbo charge pressure sensor 18 detects such to cause a control unit to output a close-valve signal to an oil delivery rate adjusting valve 20. Then, the oil delivery rate adjusting valve 20 is closed to block a bypass passage 17. Therefore, all of the lubricating oil that flows through a turbo lubricant passage 13 enters into the turbo charger 11 to increase the lubrication oil pressure to the turbo charger 11. In this manner, since the lubrication oil pressure to the turbo charger 11 can be increased in a turbo speed range where the vibration of the turbine shaft 10 becomes large, the vibration of the turbine shaft 10 can be controlled, allowing to set the clearance between the turbine wheel etc. and the casing to improve the turbine efficiency and response.
