PURPOSE:To prevent a power loss from leaving the rear defroster switch on, by furnishing a timer to act on with handling the rear defroster switch. CONSTITUTION:When pressing the rear defroster switch 1 at the first time, while the ignition switch is on, the timer 5 is on, and a current is applied to the relay 10 and the rear defroster 11, the rear defroster 11 being activated for a specific period of time. When the rear defroster switch is turned on at the second time while the timer 5 is on operation for a given period, the timer 5 is reset and the relay 10 is cut off from the current. Moreover, when the first rear defroster switch turning on is continued more than the given period of time, the rear defroster 11 is applied with current to continue the operation until the second operation is repeated.
