PURPOSE:To weld plural places simultaneously uniformly and efficiently by fitting plural couples of electrodes movably to the cylinder structure part where respective pressure chamber is communicating. CONSTITUTION:A piston, cylinder mechanism part is formed by the piston part 31 connecting with the electrode 14 of an electrode unit 12, the cylinder chamber 32 where the piston part 31 is fitted freely slidably, the pressure chamber 35 communicating with the cylinder chamber 32, etc. In case of performing a weld the electrode 14 touches a work W with the state of a hydraulic pressure being acted on the pressure chamber 35. At this moment the electrode 14 minutely retreats with the retreat of the piston 47 in the small cylinder chamber 45 against the air pressure which is from an air inlet part 50. Even with the existence of the variance in length among each electrode 14 the retreat is made in order from the electrode 14 which is longer in length and the pressure force to be impressed on all electrodes 14 is equalized finally. The welding strength can be thus uniformalized and the simultaneous weld of the approaching position is enabled due to the pressure force to be impressed on all electrodes 14 being equalized.
