PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly by inserting a holder, a valve element, a shut ting valve and a control member one after another in a hollow part formed in the cock body into which gas flows from side of the bottom. CONSTITUTION:Gas flows in from one side of the bottom 2A of the body 2 of a fuse cock 1. In a hollow part 4 formed in this cock body 2, a fuse valve 6, shutting valve 7, control member 8 are inserted one after another from an opening 5 along the axis of the hollow part 4. The fuse valve 6 is composed of a valve seat 9 and a plate-shaped valve element 11, which is in engagement with the seat 9 airtightly and rotated for shutting the valve when the hose to gas cock slips off or iscut, wherein the two are fixed to a holer 12 to be formes as in a single piece. This eliminates necessity for formation of a blind hole, which should lead to enhancement of the effectiveness in assembly work.
