PURPOSE:To realize a high-speed random access by outputting words and digit selecting signals when a word selecting signal implemented from an input signal changes from the previous input signal. CONSTITUTION:A discriminating circuit 9 discriminates the contents of an RAS signal supplied from an address signal implementing circuit 3 through seven address signal lines 4 and another RAS signal supplied from a storage circuit 5 through seven signal lines 8, that is whether the current RAS signal is the same as the previous RAS signal or not, and supplies the discriminated result, namely, a change signal to a control circuit 1. A selection circuit 11 selects and outputs the RAS signal supplied from the storage circuit 5 through the signal lines 8 and a CAS signal supplied from another storage circuit 7 through seven signal lines 10 in accordance with an RAS selecting signal and CAS selecting signal supplied from the control circuit 1.
