PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a driver circuit and prevent drop of the life of a coil by allowing the resistance value, which a resistance change means has while a movable member lies in No.1 position, to vary if the movable member is going to move to No.2 position. CONSTITUTION:The arrangment is composed of a coil 9, a movable member 13, which is moved from No.1 to No.2 position through energization of said coil 9, and an opening/closing member to perform opening and closing of a fluid passage in linkage with this movable member 13. A resistance value change means 31 is connected with this coil 9 so that the resistance value when the movable member 13 lies in No.1 position varies if the movable member 13 is going to move to No.2 position.
